D.K. Arndt, PC professional receives certification

Douglas G. Bruhns, a resident of Lake Mills, Iowa, is among those recognized by the State of Iowa Accountancy Examining Board for completing the requirements and testing for licensing as a Certified Public Accountant.  Doug is a staff professional with D.K. Arndt, PC headquartered in Forest City, Iowa.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Buena Vista University.  Prior to joining D.K. Arndt, P.C. in November of 2006, Doug owned and operated Midwest Tax and Accounting, LLC in Lake Mills, Iowa.  Doug also brings many years of accounting experience in private industry.

Gus Byom, a shareholder of D.K. Arndt, P.C. says he cannot be prouder of Doug.  “Having recently been through the testing myself, I understand how Doug had to put his personal life on hold.  There are many hours of preparation for the exam that are required, therefore a lot of sacrifices also needed to be made.”
